For immediate answers and guidance, we encourage you to visit our comprehensive Help Center at help.vetscribe.co. This is your first stop for information and solutions. The Help Center includes:

  • Detailed Guides & Articles: A growing library of articles and guides on how to use VetScribe's features

  • FAQs: Answers to frequently asked questions to get you back on track quickly.

In-App Support

We have integrated an in-app support system to give you direct access to help without leaving the application. You can access our in-app support via the chat feature (powered by Intercom) located within the VetScribe app. Through this feature, you can:

  • Search the Help Center: Instantly search our entire library of guides and articles to find what you need.

  • Request Support: If you can't find an answer, you can submit a support request directly through the chat. Our support team monitors these requests and will get back to you as soon as possible.
